As of September 22nd (Saturday night EST), Telebroad will run a system upgrade and users will be subject to 10 minute intervals of downtime between 12 AM and 3 AM EST.
Be advised, the purpose of the upgrade is to implement new features and settings that will improve the quality of your Telebroad data service.
Some of the features you can expect: ● Auto telemarketing shield: Calls with a blocked caller ID will automatically be blocked. ● Custom caller ringtone: Settings will be available for selected ringtones per incoming number. ● On demand call recording: Options will be available to start and stop recording during a call. ● Caller ID prefix selection: Options will be available for outgoing calls, allowing you to select a prefix based caller ID. ● Auto queue rerouting: Settings will be available to exit a queue for additional reasons, with the option of rerouting a call when needed. ● Supported WebRTC: WebRTC will be supported. ● Smart transfer upgrade: Smart transfer will no longer split the file. Instead, it will be consolidated as a single call. ● Caller ID add on: Caller ID will be visible from calls answered via the Park feature.
