In our ongoing commitment to providing industry-leading performance and stability, Telebroad will be performing a Major Core Software Upgrade on Saturday, February 7, 2026.

This is a significant event occurring once every two years. We have prepared extensively to ensure a smooth transition that introduces several exciting new features and infrastructure improvements.

Maintenance Schedule
Start Date: Saturday, February 7, 2026, at 11:00 PM EST
End Date: Sunday, February 8, 2026, at 4:00 AM EST
Reason: Core Software & Hardware Infrastructure Upgrade
Service Impact
While the maintenance window spans several hours, we anticipate the actual service impact to be minimal:

Web Portals: Intermittent outages may occur throughout the window.
Core Voice Service: We expect only 5 minutes of service interruption during the final cutover.
